A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY A CHANGE ORDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT OF THE MULTI-PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER IN THE
AMOUNT OF $149, 362 . 62; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS DISCUSSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, :
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the City of Wichita Falls a change order in
the Multi-Purpose Events Center Agricultural Complex construction
contract in the amount of $149, 362.62, to provide for the
installation of a sprinkler system at such complex, in accordance
with the terms and conditions of said change order, attached
hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined
that the meeting at which this resolution was passed was open to
the public as required by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of September, 1994 .
