AWARD OF BID AND CONTRACT FOR THE BARNA ROAD
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City has advertised for bids for the
construction of the Barna Road Reconstruction Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
McGrath Brothers Concrete, who bid unit prices equalling the sum
of $60, 391 . 75 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of McGrath Brothers Concrete, in the
amount of $60, 391.75 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City and said Contractor
for this project.
