RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR THE LANDFILL FINAL COVER - AREAS
A, B & C PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Landfill Final Cover - Areas A, B & C
Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Bobbie Haynes Construction Co. , who bid unit prices equalling the
sum of $131, 142 . 50 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Bobbie Haynes Construction Co. , in
the amount of $131, 142 . 50 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for this project .
