RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT CHEMICAL INJECTION
PROJECT AS COMPLETE AND AUTHORIZE FINAL
PAYMENT TO THE CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with
Norman R. Bratcher Construction Company for construction of
Chemical Injection System at the River Road Wastewater Treatment
Plant;
WHEREAS, the original contract was in the amount of $72,482
and the final amount of work accomplished was $72,482;
WHEREAS, the City previously has paid the contractor an
amount of $70, 728, leaving an amount due of $1, 754; and,
WHEREAS, the contract is complete and meets all plans and
specifications, and the staff has recommended Council accept the
project .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The project to install a chemical injection system at the
River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant is hereby accepted, and the
City Manager is authorized to make a final payment of $1, 754 to
the contractor.
