RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE OF
FLOWERS FOR PARKS AND MEDIANS
WHEREAS, it is desirable to make the City as attractive
as possible; and,
WHEREAS, bids for flowers have been solicited and
received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS, THAT:
A contract for purchase of flowers is hereby awarded to
Dream Valley Nursery for the production and delivery of
12,024 pansy plants and to Plantland Industries for the
production and delivery of 31 ,014 pansy plants.
