AWARD OF BID TO CHEMINOVA, INC. FOR
THE 1994 ANNUAL SUPPLY OF MALATHION
CONCENTRATED INSECTICIDE.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the chemical insecticide Malathion for use in the Mosquito
Control Program and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lower responsible bidder is
the Cheminova, Inc. who bid unit prices equalling the sum
of $20, 500 .00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of the Cheminova, Inc. in the amount
of $20. 50/gallon (bulk quantities) is hereby accepted for the
chemical insecticide Malathion as specified by the bid document .
