A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR THE SALE OF CITY-OWNED RIGHT-OF-WAY TO
J AND EA TRUST; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS,J and EA Trust desires to purchase City right-of-way for parking and for the proper conduct of
business; and
WHEREAS,the City Council has determined that the sale of said right-of-way is in the best interest of the
public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The sale of City right-of-way shall be subject to the terms and conditions as shown in
Attachment B.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this resolution
was passed was open to the public as required by law.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF WICHITA S
THAT the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, a municipal
corporation, hereinafter called Grantor, acting by and through
its duly YulauthorizedMayor, for and in consideration of the sum of
Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred and No/100 ($15,400. 00) Dollars and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid by J and E A
Trust, hereinafter called Grantee, the receipt of which is herein
acknowledged, has granted, sold, conveyed, released, and forever
quit claims unto the said Grantee, all its right, title, and
interest in and to the following described real property situated
in Wichita County, Texas, to-wit:
A portion of the Grace Street right-of-way located
between Eighth and Ninth Streets, said portion being
126' x 20.4' and being further identified in the
drawing attached hereto and incorporated herein as
Exhibit A.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together
with all and singular the appurtenances thereto, in any way
belonging unto the said Grantee, its heirs, successors and
assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, a
municipal corporation of Wichita County, Texas, has caused this
instrument to be executed by its Mayor this the 2nd day of
August, 1994.
