RESOLUTION NO. I 1 -q
RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE CDBG WILLIAMS PARK
POND LINER PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL
PAYMENT TO FINNELL OIL SERVICES, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price
contract with Finnell Oil Services, Inc. with the estimated total
cost of $19, 976 . 00; and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
19, 344 .26 of which $15, 271.78 has been previously paid to the
contractor leaving an amount due of $4, 072 .48; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it
to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The CDBG Williams Park Pond Liner Project is hereby accepted
and the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the
contractor.
