AN ORDINANCE ALLOWING CERTAIN BUILDING AND FENCE
ENCROACHMENTS ON A TWENTY FOOT WIDE ALLEY LOCATED
AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY AT 2715 9TH STREET,
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, certain building and fence encroachments exist
on a twenty foot wide alley at the rear of the property at
2715 9th Street, Wichita Falls, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, such encroachments do not interfere with any
existing utility lines; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, deems that allowing the existing encroachment is in the
public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The encroachments of a garage apartment and fence on a
twenty foot wide alley located at the rear of the property at
2715 Ninth Street, Wichita Falls, Texas, as shown on the
attached property survey (Attachment 1) is hereby allowed to
remain.
