ORDINANCE REPEALING THE FINANCIAL STATEMENT REQUIRE-
MENT FOR BIDDERS
WHEREAS, it is found that the furnishing of a full and complete financial
statement by all bidders for City contracts may not be necessary for all con-
tracts; and,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 2-6, Subsection 1 of the Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed
in its entirety.
