AN ORDINANCE WAIVING SECTION 9B(1) ( j ) OF APPENDIX A
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS CODE OF ORDINANCES (COMPREHENSIVE
SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE NO. 2118) FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 1, DAVEY
SUBDIVISION, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended
the waiver of Section 9B( 1) ( j ) of Appendix A, City of Wichita
Falls Code of Ordinances (Comprehensive Subdivision Ordinance
No. 2118) to allow Davey Subdivision, Lot 1, Block 1, be plat-
ted without the main driveway having access to a public street;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas deems it advisable and in the public interest to waive
the section of the ordinance hereafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT;
SECTION 1. Section 9B( 1) ( j ) of Appendix A, City of Wichita
Falls Code of Ordinances (Comprehensive Subdivision Ordinance
No. 2118) is hereby waived for Davey Subdivision, Lot 1, Block
1.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon the
filing of a final plat of Davey Subdivision, Lot 1, Block 1,
with the Wichita County Clerk, within one ( 1) year of the pas-
sage of this ordinance.
