ORDINANCE NO. 9-87
AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 1-A & 1-B, BLOCK 2, CITY
CONCRETE INC. ADDITION, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, FROM
GENERAL COMMERCIAL TO HEAVY COMMERCIAL ZONE
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended
the rezoning of Lots 1-A & 1-B, Block 2, City Concrete Inc.
Addition, from General Commercial to Heavy Commercial zone;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls
deems that the proposed rezoning hereafter described, is in
accordance with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan, and in the
public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Lots 1-A & 1-B, Block 2, City Concrete Inc. Addition,
Wichita Falls, Texas ( 2314 Sheppard Access Road and 1509
Roanoke Drive) , as shown on the grey-shaded area on the
attached map (Attachment No. 1) is hereby rezoned from General
Commercial to Heavy Commercial zone.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 17th day of February
1987 .
