AN ORDINANCE CLOSING, VACATING, AND ABANDONING A FIVE
(5) FEET WIDE RIGHT-OF-WAY STRIP OF P.B. LANE, WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended
the closure of a five ( 5) feet wide strip of P.B. Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls
deems it advisable and in the public interest to close the por-
tion of P.B. Lane right-of-way hereafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The five ( 5) feet wide and one hundred and twelve and one
half ( 112. 5) feet long right-of-way strip abutting the north
lot line of Lot 1, Blk 1, Arnold Heights Subdivision, Wichita
Falls, Texas is hereby closed, vacated, and abandoned.
