AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE REQUIREMENT FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF IMPROVEMENTS ON NUNN STREET
ADJACENT TO LOTS 2 THROUGH 6, BLOCK 4, PARK
VILLAGE ADDITION UNDER SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE
2118
WHEREAS, the Unity Missionary Baptist Church desires to build an
addition on to their facility located on Lots 1 through 6, Block 4, Park
Village Addition; and,
WHEREAS, the building addition will cross lot lines which will cause
the church to resubdivide the subject lots; and,
WHEREAS, Nunn Street lays immediately south of the lots which is an
unopened but platted street; and,
WHEREAS, the City desires to waive the requirement to install improve-
ments on Nunn Street as part of the platting process, but does not wish to
waive the requirement for installation of improvements in the future under
the applicable Texas Statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The requirement for the installation of improvements on Nunn Street as
part of the resubdivision process of Lots 1 through 6 is hereby waive. .
