ORDINANCE NO. 20-87
AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 4.67 ACRES OF LAND
AT 1401 PEACH STREET, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, FROM HEAVY
COMMERCIAL TO MOBILE HOME RESIDENTIAL ZONE
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended
the rezoning of approximately 4.67 acres of land at 1401 Peach
Street from Heavy Commercial to Mobile Home Residential zone;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, deems that the proposed rezoning of the area hereafter
described is in accordance with the Comprehensive Land Use
Plan, and in the public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Approximately 4. 67 acres of land out of John A. Scott
Survey, No. 11, Wichita County, Texas, 1401 Peach Street,
Wichita Falls, Texas, shown as the grey shaded area on the
attached map (Attachment No. 1) is hereby rezoned from Heavy
Commercial to a Mobile Home Residential zone.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 17t y of March 1987.
