A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN APPLICATION TO THE TEXAS NATURAL RESOURCE
CONSERVATION COMMISSION FOR A SOLID WASTE ENFORCEMENT
ASSISTANCE GRANT; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute
an application to the Texas Natural Resource Conservation
Commission for a Solid Waste Enforcement Assistance Grant which
will provide funding for personnel costs and certain program
costs.
SECTION 2. It is hereby found and determined that the
meeting at which this resolution was passed was open to the
public as required by law.
