RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
TO A CONTRACT WITH ELECTRA CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY, INC. FOR THE GENERAL
CONSTRUCTION OF THE EXHIBIT HALL OF THE
MULTI- PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Electra Construction Company, Inc. for the
construction of the Exhibit Hall is hereby increased by Change
Order No. 3 in the amount of $8,708.70 in order to paint the
north wall of the service corridor and install two roof hatches
and three steel ladders. The new contract amount after this
change order is $4,692,393.49.
