A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS NOMINATING TWO MEMBERS TO
SERVE ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WICHITA
APPRAISAL DISTRICT; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the terms of service of the two City of Wichita
Falls- appointed members of the Board of Directors of the Wichita
Appraisal District expire at the end of 1995; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City Council of the City
of Wichita Falls to submit names for potential nominees to serve
on said Board of Directors for two -year terms.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
are hereby nominated to fill the expired terms for Wichita Falls
to the Board of Directors of the Wichita Appraisal District.
These names will be furnished to the Wichita Appraisal District
for its consideration.
SECTION 2.
It is hereby officially found and determined
that the meeting at which this resolution was passed was open to
the public as required by law.
