RESOLUTION TO AWARD OF BID AND CONTRACT TO
BOWLES CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR CYPRESS HIGH
SERVICE PUMP MODIFICATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Cypress High Service Pump
Modification Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Bowles Construction Company who made a unit price bid with an
estimated total of $42,460.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Bowles Construction Company, with an
estimated total of $42,460.00 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of November, 1995.
