RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MPEC BOARD TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH TEXAS UTILITIES
ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
THREE PHASE ELECTRIC SERVICE TO THE RV
PARKING AREA AT THE SOUTH SITE OF THE MULTI-
PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER
WHEREAS, the RV parking area at the South Site of the MPEC
requires the installation of three phase electric service to
properly service that area, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to enter into a contract with TU
Electric for the installation of this service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The MPEC Board is hereby authorized to execute a contract
with TU Electric in the amount of $28,643 for the installation of
three phase electric service to the RV parking area at the South
Site of the Multi - Purpose Events Center.
