RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 WITH THE FEDERAL
AVIATION ADMINISTRATION
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has a lease agreement
with the Federal Aviation Administration; and
WHEREAS, the Lessee requests a deletion of 400 sq. ft. of office
space from the lease;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with the Federal Aviation
Administration is hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized
to execute the same for the City.
