RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH DAVIS
ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
TELECOMMUNICATIONS WIRING SYSTEMS FOR THE
EXHIBIT HALL OF THE MULTI-PURPOSE EVENTS
CENTER
WHEREAS, proposals were received from qualified firms for
the installation of telecommunication wiring systems at the
Exhibit Hall of the Multi-Purpose Events Center, and
WHEREAS, the proposal received from Davis Electric Company
has been determined to be the most responsive proposal and in the
best interest of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby awarded a contract to Davis Electric Company
in the amount of $23,250.00 for the installation of
telecommunications wiring systems at the Exhibit Hall of the
Multi-Purpose Events Center.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd _ay of October, 1995.
