RESOLUTION REJECTING THE BID ON CDBG TRAVIS
STREET DRAINAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has received only one bid
for the project; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has ascertained funds are
not available to award the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid from Norman Bratcher Construction Company be
rejected.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 3rd day of October, 1995.
