RESOLUTION ACCEPTING LOW BID FOR AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE CONTRACT WITH INMAN CONSTRUCTION FOR A
SHELTER AT THE LUCY PARK NATURE WORKS SITE_
WHEREAS, the Nature works shelter is a desirable
facility for Wichita Falls; and,
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available for this
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT=
Award of contract is hereby made to Inman Construction
of Wichita Fails for the construction of a shelter in the
Nature Works site in Lucy Park and the City Manager is
authorized to execute appropriate agreements.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 19th day of Septemluor-, 11995.
