RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR
RIVER ROAD WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT SOLIDS
DEWATERING AND STAGING FACILITY PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant
Solids Dewatering and Staging Facility Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Gracon Construction, Inc. who made a unit price bid with an
estimated total of $1,297,840.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Gracon Construction, Inc., with an
estimated total of $1,297,840.00 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th day of September, 1995.
