RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH PLANNING AND DESIGN, INC. OF DES PLAINES, IN.
FOR PARK SIGNS.
WHEREAS, it is desirable to provide attractive and
informative nature interpretive signs along the trail in the
Nature Works project, and,
WHEREAS, Dain Torguson of Planning and Design, Inc. has
performed well for the Wichita Falls Junior League on
related planning contracts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT=
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
contract with Planning and Design, Inc. for the design,
construction, and installation of six nature interpretive
signs in the Nature Works site.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th day of September
1995.
