RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO BBB FERTILIZER
COMPANY FOR ANNUAL SUPPLY OF ANHYDROUS
AMMONIA FOR WATER TREATMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for Anhydrous Ammonia for use to treat water; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined the bids for the chemical
and has determined the lowest responsible bidder to be BBB
Fertilizer Company, McKinney, Texas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of BBB Fertilizer Company for the annual supply of
Anhydrous Ammonia is hereby accepted in the amount of $24,150.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 19th day�oioj September, 1995.
