RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO
A CONTRACT WITH ZACK BURKETT COMPANY FOR THE
1995 CDBG MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Zack Burkett Company for 1995 CDBG Mill &
Overlay Project will be decreased by Change Order No. 1 in the
amount $11,162.68, based on estimated quantities, bringing the
total contract amount to $127,795.17. The contract time with all
approved change orders will be increased to 115 calendar days.
