RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO
A CONTRACT WITH ZACK BURKETT COMPANY FOR THE
1995 STREET RESURFACING PROJECT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Zack Burkett Company for 1995 Street
Resurfacing Project is hereby increased by Change Order No. 1 in
the amount $165,551.51, based on estimated quantities, bringing
the total contract amount to $769,408.87. The completion time
will also be increased by 25 calendar days for a contract time
with all approved change orders of 115 calendar days.
