RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR THE MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM
RESTORATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Municipal Auditorium Restoration
Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
American Restoration, who bid prices equalling the sum of
$147,393.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of American Restoration, in the amount
of $147,393.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
