RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR THE LANDFILL FINAL COVER - CELL
X AND WET CELL PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Landfill Final Cover - Cell X and Wet
Cell Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Jennings Construction Inc., who bid unit prices equalling the sum
of $129,542.10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Jennings Construction Inc., in the
amount of $129,542.10 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
