RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO ACME ELECTRIC
COMPANY FOR INSTALLATION OF LAKE ARROWHEAD
BYPASS SWITCH
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the installation
of a bypass switch at the Lake Arrowhead Raw Water Pump Station,
which bids were to be made on a lump-sum basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Acme Electric Company who bid a lump sum price of $28,896.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such lump sum bid of Acme Electric Company in the amount of
$28,896.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said contractor for the
construction of such project.
