RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO CONTROL
SPECIALIST, INC. FOR INSTALLATION OF HIGH
SERVICE PUMP AT JASPER STREET WATER TREATMENT
PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the installation of a high service pump in the Jasper Street
Water Treatment Plant, which bids were to be made on a lump sum
basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Control Specialist, Inc. who bid a lump sum price of $109,500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such lump sum bid of Control Specialist Inc. in the amount
of $109,500.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for the construction of such project.
