Resolution awarding bid for the purchase of one F350 and one F450
cab and chassis to Wichita Falls Ford in the amount of $62,560.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of one F350 cab and chassis and one F450 cab and chassis;
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on April 30, 2014; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase one F350 and one F450 cab
and chassis for the City’s vehicle fleet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the purchase of one F350 and one F450 cab and chassis is awarded
to Wichita Falls Ford, in the amount of $62,560.00, and staff are authorized to execute
all documents necessary to effectuate said purchase(s).
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of May, 2014.
