RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE LIVESTOCK
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CONTRACT OF THE
AGRICULTURAL COMPLEX OF THE MULTI-
PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER PROJECT WITH W.W.
MANUFACTURING COMPANY, INC. AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City and County entered into a contract on
September 29, 1994 with W.W. Manufacturing Company, for the
livestock management system of the Agricultural Complex of the
Multi - Purpose Events Center, and
WHEREAS, the architects on the project have reviewed the
work of the contractor and found it to be completed in accordance
with contract documents,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with W.W. Manufacturing Company, Inc. for the
livestock management system of the Agricultural Complex of the
Multi- Purpose Events Center is hereby found to be satisfactorily
completed.
