RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE GENERAL
CONSTRUCTION OF THE AGRICULTURAL
COMPLEX OF THE MULTI- PURPOSE EVENTS
CENTER PROJECT BY BUCHANAN CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City and County entered into a contract on
April 25, 1994 with Buchanan Construction Company for the general
construction of the Agricultural Complex of the Multi- Purpose
Events Center, and
WHEREAS, the architects on the project have reviewed the
work of the contractor and found it to be completed in accordance
with contract documents,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Buchanan Construction Company for the
general construction of the Agricultural Complex of the Multi-
Purpose Events Center is hereby found to be satisfactorily
completed.
