RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH ELECTRA
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR MANAGEMENT
SERVICES ON PHASE I OF THE SOUTH SITE
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT FOR THE MULTI-
PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER
WHEREAS, the Multi- Purpose Events Center Board has
recommended to the City Council that a general construction
manager be utilized on Phase I of the South Site Construction
Project, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desire to authorize the Mayor to
execute a contract with Electra Construction Company, Inc. for
general construction management services of this project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract on
behalf of the City with Electra Construction Company, Inc. for
general construction management services for Phase I of the South
Site Construction Project of the Multi - Purpose Events Center.
