RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR 1995 CDBG MILL AND OVERLAY
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of 1995 CDBG Mill and Overlay Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Zack Burkett Company who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
$138,957.85.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Zack Burkett Company in the amount of
$138,957.85 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 18th July,
