RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR CDBG WILLIAMS PARK TRAIL
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of CDBG Williams Park Trail Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Barnett Paving & Sealing Company who bid unit prices equalling
the sum of $87,983.30.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Barnett Paving & Sealing Company in
the amount of $87,983.30 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager
is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
