RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER
NO. 1 TO A CONTRACT WITH ACE
ELECTRIC, INC. FOR ELECTRICAL WORK
FOR THE EXHIBIT HALL OF THE MULTI-
PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, THAT:
The contract with Ace Electric, Inc. for electrical work at
the Exhibit Hall of the Multi - Purpose Events Center is hereby
increased by Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $71,476 bringing
the total contract amount to $1,049,537.
