RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO BOBBY
HAYNES CONSTRUCTION FOR ASPHALT
PAVING AT THE CORNER OF WICHITA AND
BURNETT STREET OF THE MULTI- PURPOSE
EVENTS CENTER
WHEREAS, bids have been received for asphalt paving at the
corner of Burnett and Wichita Street of the Multi- Purpose Events
Center, and
WHEREAS, the MPEC Board has reviewed bids received, and
WHEREAS, the MPEC Board is recommending the bid received
from Bobby Haynes Construction as the lowest and most responsible
ROOM
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby awarded a contract to Bobby Haynes
Construction in the amount of $89,000 for asphalt paving at the
corner of Burnett and Wichita Street for the Multi - Purpose Events
Center.
