RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO SCALES
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR FOUNTAIN
WORK OF THE SOUTH SITE CONSTRUCTION
PROJECT FOR THE MULTI- PURPOSE
EVENTS CENTER
WHEREAS, bids have been received for fountain work on the
south site project of the Multi- Purpose Events Center, and
WHEREAS, the MPEC Board has reviewed bids received, and
WHEREAS, the MPEC Board is recommending the bid received
from Scales Construction Company as the lowest and most
responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby awarded a contract to Scales Construction
Company in the amount of $62,500 for fountain work of the south
site construction project.
