RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO HARRIS
NURSERY AND LANDSCAPING FOR
LANDSCAPING OF THE SOUTH SITE
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT FOR THE MULTI-
PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER
WHEREAS, bids have been received for landscaping on the
south site project of the Multi - Purpose Events Center, and
WHEREAS, the MPEC Board has reviewed bids received, and
WHEREAS, the MPEC Board is recommending the bid received
from Harris Nursery and Landscaping as the lowest and most
responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby awarded a contract to Harris Nursery and
Landscaping in the amount of $211,469 for landscaping of the
south site construction project.
