RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR JALONIC STREET WATER LINE
IMPROVEMENTS (CDBG) PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Jalonic Street Water Line
Improvements Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Wichita Contractors, Inc., formally known as Poteet General
Contractors, Inc., who bid unit prices with an estimated total of
$62,043.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Wichita Contractors, Inc., with an
estimated total of $62,043.00 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for this project.
