RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR SPUDDER PARK RECREATIONAL COURT
(CDBG PROJECT)
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of Spudder Park Recreational Court (CDBG
Project) ; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
M & F Litteken Co., who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
$119,120.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of M & F Litteken Co., in the amount of
$119,120.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
