RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
EXECUTE A CONTRACT ADDENDUM WITH
AND ASSOCIATES TO PROVIDE
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE WITH THE PRO
IMPLEMENTATION OF A MANAGEMENT
COMPUTER SYSTEM

CUREMENT AND
INFORMATION
WHEREAS, a five year strategic plan for management
information systems has been prepared for the City by John Dorsey
and Associates; and
WHEREAS, a major element of that plan recommends replacement
of the City's core mainframe computer system; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain John Dorsey and
Associates to assist with the technical aspects of the computer
system procurement and implementation process.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract
addendum with John Dorsey and Associates for additional
professional services as identified in the attached contract
addendum.
