RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR THE 1995 ALLEY REPAIR PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for the
bids for the construction of the 1995 Alley Repair Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Duke Construction Company, who bid unit prices equalling the sum
of $388,718.15.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Duke Construction Company, in the
amount of $388,718.15 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
