RESOLUTION APPROVING LETTER OF AGREEMENT NO.
6 TO THE MASTER AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES FOR LANDFILL PERMIT MODIFICATION
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has previously entered
into an agreement with the consulting firm of Biggs & Mathews,
Inc. for development of a Landfill Permit Amendment; and,
WHEREAS, it is desired to expand the scope of activities of
the Master Agreement to include modeling for the purposes of
documenting a design waiver for alternative liner design; and,
WHEREAS, it is desired to expand the scope of activities to
include the preparation of a Permit Modification for the above
alternative liner design /waiver documentation; and,
WHEREAS, the fee cap as set forth in the Master Agreement of
$672,500 is not changed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:

The City of Wichita Falls ("Owner") and Biggs & Mathews, Inc. ("Consultant")
agree to accept this "Letter of Agreement" subject to the terms and conditions
set forth in the "Master Agreement for Professional Services" entered into August
17, 1993 by and between the Owner and Consultant for professional services
relating to the permit modifications and design of the existing city of Wichita
Falls' municipal solid waste site (Permit No. 1428).
It is agreed as follows:
