RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER EIGHT WITH ATLANTIC
SOUTHEAST AIRLINES, FOR LEASE OF PREMISES AT THE WICHITA
FALLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has a lease agreement
with Atlantic Southeast Airlines, and;
WHEREAS, the City and the lessee desire to extend the term of
such lease until December 31, 1995, for the same rental rates and
other provisions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The eighth amendment to the contract with Atlantic Southeast
Airlines, is hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized to
execute the same for the City.
