RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER TWO WITH SIMMONS
AIRLINES, INC., FOR LEASE OF PREMISES AT THE WICHITA FALLS
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has a lease agreement
with Simmons Airlines, Inc., and;
WHEREAS, the City and the lessee desire to extend the term of
such lease until December 31, 1995, for the same rental rates and
other provisions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The second amendment to the contract with Simmons Airlines, Inc.,
is hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute the
same for the City.
